Join us for our youth suicide prevention summer webinar series, brought to you by Nationwide Children’s Hospital in collaboration with the Children’s Hospital Association, the Ohio Children’s Hospital Association and the Ohio Youth Suicide Prevention Collaborative.
Following the webinar, participants will be able to:
- Describe the relationship between youth social media use and suicide risk, including how social comparison, harmful content exposure, and isolation may affect adolescent mental health
- Identify clinically relevant social media-related risk and protective factors that should be considered during adolescent assessment and suicide prevention planning
- Apply evidence-informed strategies to integrate social media-related suicide risk considerations into clinical decision-making, family guidance, and prevention planning

During the session
You will be asked to text your attendance to a designated phone number.
After the session
You will receive a code to text to confirm completion. After submitting the code, you will receive a link to CloudCME to complete your session evaluation and claim your continuing education credits.
