About This Event

During this webinar, Children’s Hospital Association will provide an overview of the recently released Improving Pediatric Sepsis Outcomes (IPSO) collaborative Change Package.

Leveraging insights from 66 children’s hospitals, more than 2,000 multidisciplinary experts, 100,000+ pediatric sepsis episodes, and eight years of shared learning, the collaborative created a comprehensive resource to equip hospitals with evidence-based strategies to reduce deaths from pediatric sepsis.

Expert leaders from the IPSO collaborative and authors of the change package will provide key insights for hospitals looking to implement strategies to improve pediatric sepsis in their settings.

Learning Objectives

  1. Describe the purpose of the IPSO Change Package in spreading pediatric sepsis best practices.
  2. Identify how to navigate and put the IPSO Change Package to best use.
  3. Summarize two practical strategies for initial implementation of pediatric sepsis programming within an existing health care organization.
