Health care environments change rapidly, and it is important for organizations to adapt to current demands. Managing this successfully requires that organizations have a solid approach for developing and leading effective teams. As healthcare organizations work toward improving patient outcomes in an ever-changing environment, team dynamics and sustainability are crucial to an organization’s success.

Upon course completion, learners should be able to build and lead an effective team in a psychologically safe environment while working toward a mutual goal using evidence-based practice measures.

  • Identify key strategies for leading a psychologically safe team to success
